Privacy Policy

What is Availee?

Availee is a private, invitation-only platform that helps mental healthcare clinicians signal their availability to recruiters. It is currently in private beta and serving a small group of approved users.

What data we collect

• Authentication and identity: your name and email address are handled by Clerk (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords - Clerk manages this securely on our behalf.
• Availability data: your availability status, booking window, specialisms, and any optional notes you choose to add are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure). This data is entered voluntarily by you and can be updated or removed at any time.
• Usage signals: when you share your availability profile, we record a share count and timestamp. We do not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to power the Availee platform - to display your availability signal to authorised recruiters, and to let you manage and share your profile. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party outside of the service providers named below.

Third-party services

• Clerk - handles authentication, session management, and stores your name and email. Subject to Clerk's own privacy policy.
• Supabase - our database provider, hosted on AWS. Stores availability data with row-level security enabled. Subject to Supabase's own privacy policy.
• Vercel - hosts the Availee web application. Subject to Vercel's own privacy policy.

Data retention

Your availability data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.

A note on this being a private beta

Availee is in active development. These policies will evolve as the product matures. We'll notify users of any material changes.
