About Availee
Availee is an invitation-only platform in private beta. It lets clinicians working in mental healthcare signal their availability to authorised recruiters. By using Availee, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Availee
Access is by invitation only during the private beta. You must be a genuine clinician or authorised recruiter to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your availability.
What Availee is (and isn't)
Availee is a signalling tool - it communicates availability, not a binding commitment. Nothing on the platform constitutes a formal job offer, contract, or obligation. Any actual arrangements between clinicians and recruiters are made outside of Availee.
Your availability data
You are responsible for keeping your availability status accurate and up to date. You can update or remove your data at any time. By entering data into Availee, you grant us permission to display it to authorised users of the platform.
Sharing your profile
Availee generates a shareable link to your availability profile. When you share this link, anyone with the link can view your name, status, specialisms, booking window, and last-updated time. Share this link only where you're comfortable with that visibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform - including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the system, or providing false information. We reserve the right to suspend access to anyone who misuses the service.
Platform availability
We aim to keep Availee available and running smoothly, but we make no guarantees of uptime during the private beta. The platform may be updated, changed, or taken offline at any time.
Limitation of liability
Availee is provided as-is during private beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
These terms will evolve as Availee grows. We'll notify users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
